Help us to Care for the Elderly

Just as SAGE was founded on the benevolence of the Summit College Club in 1954, the organization and the clients we serve continue to benefit from the goodwill of others.
Many are fortunate to be able to support the works of SAGE through a variety of means.

Your donations can:
• Provide adult day care for a frail older adult who cannot be left alone during the day
• Subsidize SAGE’s costs for serving home-delivered meals to homebound elderly
• Help SAGE to meet the costs for placing a Home Health Aide in a client’s homes when they can’t afford the full fee for service.

To learn how you can help support SAGE explore the various options listed below.

Your request for a Memorial or Tribute Gift should include:
1.) your full name, address, and phone number
2.) an indication as to whether the gift is in "Memory of" or in "Honor of"
3.) the name of the personal being memorialized or honored
4.) the name and address of the person(s) to whom the acknowledgement should be sent.

A minimum gift of $10.00 is required for a Memorial or Tribute Gift. An acknowledgement or your gift will be sent within 48 hours to the person being honored or the family of the person being remembered. The amount of the gift will not be disclosed. Memorial and Tribute Gifts may be made via check or credit card.

Thank you!
